The ConferenceMinds is organized and managed by NovatoTech.

You acknowledge and accept that we have the right to publicly announce our business relationship with you which shall include but not be limited to announcements on social media. Such announcements shall not be disparaging or otherwise adverse to your business.

At ConferenceMinds events, unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is strictly prohibited. Attendees are not allowed to make or facilitate video or audio recordings of any ConferenceMinds events, nor use any photographs, clips, or screenshots for commercial purposes without explicit permission from ConferenceMinds. Materials distributed by or on behalf of ConferenceMinds in connection with any event may not be reproduced without written consent.

ConferenceMinds places great emphasis on fostering a professional and respectful environment at all events. All attendees, including delegates, guests, speakers, exhibitors, and staff, are expected to demonstrate respect and courtesy towards each other and those involved in organizing the events, whether official or unofficial. Compliance with the ConferenceMinds Harassment Policy is mandatory for all participants throughout the duration of the event.

All ConferenceMinds conferences offer mandatory hybrid participation, providing both physical and virtual attendance options for speakers and attendees and they have to join the conference in any one form, from these two options. If buyer is not available for both the options then the buyer will receive Conference E-certificates or the Electronic Publication of Abstracts in ConferenceMinds Journal as a product of his conference payment. Buyers are strongly advised to monitor their email and check the event website regularly for updates regarding rescheduled conferences.

These policies are designed to ensure the smooth operation of ConferenceMinds events and to provide a positive and safe experience for all participants. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. Accommodations booked through ConferenceMinds are subject to availability. Fees for accommodations are non-refundable if they become unavailable; however, they can be transferred to the next conference organized by ConferenceMinds.

These terms and conditions govern the registration process and participation in conferences organized by ConferenceMinds. It is essential that you read and understand these terms thoroughly before completing your registration and payment. By proceeding with registration, you indicate your acceptance and agreement to adhere to these terms and conditions. In adherence to health and safety guidelines, attendees are required to refrain from attending any ConferenceMinds event if they display symptoms of a communicable disease. If symptoms develop during the event, attendees must promptly notify ConferenceMinds staff via email (Contact@conferenceMinds) and agree not to attend further sessions or related events, while also adhering to local and national health restrictions.

All registration fees paid through our website or external payment links such as PayPal or Stripe are fully non-refundable or non-returnable. If ConferenceMinds initiates a reschedule of the event, the registration fees paid by buyer remain fully non-refundable but can attend the rescheduled ConferenceMinds Conference which must be occurred within 24 months . In the unfortunate event of conference cancellation, alternative arrangements will be communicated via the event website or official email (contact@conferenceminds.com) by the organizer.

ConferenceMinds reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event at our discretion, with or without notice, and without providing a reason. This includes changing the event venue or any other published details, or withdrawing invitations to attend. In such instances, ConferenceMinds will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses incurred by any individual, nor will we refund any payments made in connection with the event.

Refunds are not provided for conferences postponed due to Force Majeure events. Additionally, no refunds are issued for payments made for E-Poster and Online Presentation services. Similarly, registrations made under discount schemes are non-refundable. These policies are strictly upheld to maintain fairness and consistency in our financial practices across all conference-related transactions. We appreciate your understanding of these terms before participating in any ConferenceMinds event.

We acknowledge that circumstances beyond our reasonable control may necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of part or all of a ConferenceMinds event. In such cases, ConferenceMinds shall not be liable to provide refunds or any other compensation.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you and ConferenceMinds. No other person shall have the right to enforce any of these terms. Each paragraph of these terms operates independently; if any court or relevant authority deems any portion unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions periodically to reflect changes in laws, regulatory requirements, or improvements to ConferenceMinds events and related services.
