Terms and Conditions:

  1. Registration payments signify acceptance of the provided terms and conditions.
  2. Registration fees paid by the buyer cover any one of these mentioned products only i.e., Conference attendance (Physical or Virtual) Or Conference E-certificates or electronic Publication of abstract.
  3. If Buyer didn’t get the Certificates then he/she must write an email to contact@conferenceminds.com to claim their Conference certificates within one year.
  4. Conference rescheduling is permissible only with prior notification via Email/WhatsApp where in such cases Organizers decision will be the final for all.
  5. ConferenceMinds bears no responsibility for losses or damages resulting from event changes or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
  6. All type of registration fees paid through the Conference website or direct payment links are entirely non-refundable and non-transferable.
  7. In case of conference cancellation, alternative arrangements will be communicated via the event website or official email (contact@conferenceminds.com) by the organizer.
  8. Delegates are urged to regularly check their email or the website for updates regarding rescheduled conferences.
  9. All conferences registrations are exclusively hybrid, offering both physical and virtual participation modes to speakers and attendees and Buyers must have to choose any one mode of participation.


Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible before Conference dates. ConferenceMinds will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants and not responsible for providing any visa related information to embassies. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.
