CANCELLATION POLICY IN THE EVENTS OF NATURAL DISASTERS OR UNPREDICTABLE ACTIVITY
Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, force manure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or hostilities.
The organizer reserve the right to cancel or postpone the conference in case of any natural disasters, calamities or terrorism activity. In this case, organizer cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates, speakers or attendees that result from cancelled flights and or natural disasters, calamities, terrorism activity. The organizer will provide opportunity for the registered delegates and attendees to transfer their registration fee to any future or related conferences Only .
The organizer will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
Delegates are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The Organizers will not be responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or Attendees; due to any reason whatsoever.
Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.
We will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.
Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy, including the inability to obtain a visa.
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply.
If Participant acknowledged and agreed to attend the event via email / chat/ call before event and not able to attend the event for any reason, then refund can not be possible in any manner.
If request will come then Registration fee can be transferred from one event to another. Transferred registration is not coming under cancellation and refund policy.
Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-
Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund less $200 service Fee
Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 30% of payment Refund
Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund
E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.
Discounted registration payments will not be refunded.
The refund policy is applicable to all physical conference, online conference, events and webinars.
