Conference Registration Inclusions:

  1. Full access to all conference sessions and poster presentations.
  2. Conference kit, including a name tag, program booklet, and Abstract Book.
  3. Two coffee breaks and lunch provided for all conference days.
  4. Certificate accreditation from the Organizing Committee.

Accommodation Details:

  1. Complimentary breakfast.
  2. Complimentary WiFi.
  3. Stay at a 4/5-star hotel with check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Registration implies agreement with the provided terms and conditions.
  2. The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the program, date, or venue without prior notice.
  3. The organization is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from event changes or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
  4. The organization may cancel a conference due to unavoidable circumstances, with no further liability.
  5. Registrations remain valid for rescheduled events or future editions; no refunds will be provided in such cases.
  6. In case of cancellation, alternative arrangements will be communicated via the event website.
  7. Delegates are responsible for checking the website for conference updates.
  8. The organizers are not responsible for personal injuries or loss/damage to delegate property during the conference.
  9. All conferences are exclusively of the hybrid type, offering both physical and virtual modes of participation to every speaker and visitor. Participants are required to choose one of these categories when claiming their registration. In the event that both options are unavailable, participants will be eligible for a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid.

POSTPONEMENT

If ConferenceMinds postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another ConferenceMinds event which must occur within one years from the date of postponement.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

  1. All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to the conference secretary (contact@conferenceminds.com).
  2. Refund/cancellation is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to uncontrollable factors. Registered participants can transfer fees to future events.
  3. Cancellations made before 90 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, minus a $400 processing fee.
  4. Cancellations within 90 days of the conference start date are non-refundable but can be transferred to upcoming events.
  5. Cancellation of Visa is not coming under Refund policy and non-refundable

Note: Please be advised that our Refund/Cancellation Policy does not apply in the event of conference postponement caused by natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances beyond the organizers’ control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accidents, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes, or hostilities.

VISA INFORMATION

Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible. ConferenceMinds will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of ConferenceMinds, including the inability to obtain a visa.
